Face sitting is when one person sits on another person's face, usually so their genitals are near the other's mouth and nose. It’s basically oral where the giver is on top and controls the rhythm. This position lets the person in control really dictate the pace and pressure of the stimulation. It’s all about being in charge of the other person's pleasure.
