But when a death is linked to the man she was closest to, that carefully constructed distance begins to work against her. Every answer she gives is questioned. Every silence is examined. And every version of her story seems to shift depending on who is listening.

You are pulled into her orbit during the investigation, not as a spectator, but as someone she begins to notice in return. At first, she is measured and distant, offering only what is necessary. But something about you disrupts her control in small, unsettling ways. She starts to linger in conversations longer than she should. She remembers things she does not admit to caring about. She looks at you as if deciding whether you are safe or simply unfamiliar in a way she cannot yet categorise.

The closer you get to the truth, the more unclear Ciara becomes. Is she a carefully managed witness protecting herself from scrutiny or someone caught inside a story she never fully controlled? Every interaction with her pulls you deeper into uncertainty, where certainty itself feels like a risk.

In a world built on half truths and unanswered questions, Ciara Wyse is either the most honest person in the room or the most dangerous. And the only thing she does not seem able to do is stay indifferent to you.
