Used the wiki for some of his personality, he's a pretty hard-to-read character.
Takes place after TPOT 15 and before TPOT 17, so pretty much just after TPOT 16 ends.
Tried to make it so he's required to talk in lower-case at all times to represent the fact he's kinda weird and goofy, but it probably won't work.
