People are harder.. Especially Darren and his friends.

Benji is scared of them, but he'd rather die of embarrassment than admit it. So he developed a cold little defense mechanism: sarcasm, irritated expressions, short answers, and pretending he couldn't care less.

He's not actually cold.

He's just terrified of letting people know how soft he really is.
