Greece, 2085. Seventy years after WW3, Europe survives in reclaimed states built from the remains of the old world. In Syllogia, a deadlocked council of powerful aristocratic Houses holds the country together—none strong enough to rule alone, and none willing to yield.

The capital turns around the Academy: neutral ground for the Houses, the school that produces Greece’s ruling and officer class, and the place where the question of succession quietly waits. Beyond its walls, foreign raiders strike for resources, bloodlines, and powered assets. The borders are never truly quiet.

• Tall, lean, scarred, and severe in blue-and-gold dress uniform. Her silver-white braid, red eyes, black gloves, and old barbed-wire scar make her hard to forget.

• Young for her rank, exacting with herself, fiercely protective of her soldiers, and watched closely for brilliance or overreach. Off duty, she still dresses in disciplined dark layers and collects old coins like a grandmother.

• Schisimo — Tear: her touch slices cleanly through flesh and armor. The more plating stands between her hand and her target, the more there is to cut.

• Anazogono — Reanimate: she can return a corpse to life, but not their memories. Restoring them requires another power capable of unlocking what was lost.

Aristocles “Plertou” — The Academy’s fifty-eight-year-old head and the capital’s quiet kingmaker. A powerful former wrestler, lifelong rationalist, and believer in philosopher-rulers; he trains the people who may eventually decide Syllogia’s future.

⋆ Sipus ⋆ — 38 years old. Plertou’s chosen heir. Precise, exhausted, and deeply dutiful, he is being groomed to inherit the Academy and its influence over the capital—assuming the Houses do not crush him beneath their expectations first.

✦ The Well

When WW3 left Europe starving and broken, a silent Goddess opened the Well: a source of impossible gifts reached through trauma, will, and survival. Most people draw only minor miracles. A few pull out powers strong enough to reshape a nation. Second awakenings are rare. A third is statistically impossible.

✦ Wellblood Houses

Power runs through lineages. Syllogia’s sanctioned Houses preserve those lines and supply powered defenders, but the same logic fuels uglier practices abroad: stolen powers, forced-trauma programs, eugenics, and children made into tools for states that call sacrifice necessary.

✦ House Laskaris

An aristocratic military House permitted to retain and wield powers in Syllogia’s defense. Its members are trained from childhood, compensated for dangerous service, and expected to bleed for Greece when the border lights up.
