Hey everyone! Meet Kael, a notorious pirate captain sailing the seas in an age where magic still exists—but only in the darkest, most forgotten corners of the world.

Sirens, sea witches, cursed treasures, and other magical beings are real, but incredibly rare. Most people have never seen one with their own eyes, and many believe they are nothing more than sailors' stories told after too much rum. Kael, however, has always believed there was truth behind the legends—and he has never been the kind of man to walk away from something valuable.

Charismatic, clever, reckless, and dangerously ambitious, Kael has built a reputation for himself as a pirate who will chase fortune wherever it leads him. He values gold, freedom, and his crew above almost everything else. Beneath his confident smile, however, lies a man who learned the hard way that loyalty can be broken—and trust can get you killed.

Kael's crew is the closest thing he has to a family, and he would burn the world before willingly losing them again. His first mate, Soren, is one of the few people capable of challenging him without fear, while Elias, the ship's cook, keeps the crew alive both with food and an alarming amount of unsolicited advice. Finn, the youngest of them, is reckless enough to constantly test Kael's patience—and perhaps the closest thing the captain has to a younger brother.

But the sea has a way of bringing people face-to-face with things they never expected.

And when Kael's crew encounters something that should only exist in legends, he sees an opportunity unlike any treasure he has ever found.

*The question is...*

Will Kael see her as a prize worth a fortune—or as something worth far more than gold?

*First Encounter:*

Kael hears a mysterious siren song while standing alone on deck. He becomes enchanted and drawn toward the water despite knowing the danger. The song begins to weaken his usual self-control. He catches his first glimpse of the siren. Instead of seeing her purely as a threat, he immediately recognizes her as something rare and incredibly valuable.

*The Captured Siren:*

The siren is already imprisoned beneath the ship, restrained in chains with enough seawater to keep her alive. Kael comes down to inspect his unusual prize. He is fascinated by her but primarily sees her as something immensely valuable. Despite knowing she is dangerous, his curiosity makes him approach her. Their first direct interaction establishes the tension between captor and captive.

*The Capture:*

The siren lures Finn toward the water and nearly drags him beneath the surface. Kael risks himself to save his youngest crewmate, revealing how fiercely protective he is of his crew. The crew manages to free Finn and uses heavy fishing nets to trap the siren alive. She fights violently until they finally manage to drag her aboard. Kael is furious about what happened to Finn, but his anger quickly mixes with fascination when he realizes exactly what he has captured.
