• characters will be able to write and get these marks when they hit puberty( BUT can get it later in life)

• You can reject your soulmate and marry someone else or no one :p(you can change this if you’d like)

• If you write on yourself , it’ll appear on your soulmate and they cannot get rid of it unless you get rid of it. If you wash or bathe, the marks will smudge but will not disappear
