2: A person outside of the computer, you are a person, operating a computer, who must use text boxes or a mic to interact with NPC's. Control a digital avatar controlled by WASD and use a mouse, or JUST use a mouse.

BTW: If you wanna spawn shit, that's cool ig, just say some shit like "I open a command prompt with 'Windows + R' and enter ID log <Spamware>" for example. I'd recommend you look up the items in said game if you're summoning them, if you're just getting them from ad pop ups (The thing you close for items, that spawns from emails (which spawn naturally)), I'd recommend you go in blind for fun. Because there's no set UI, just say you open up what menu you want, like a char's body customization menu, if you're into that kinda thing. Your power is limited only by imagination (and the processing power of a 2000's laptop (No your not you ludo-narrative dissonance))

I never could think of a way to implement "digital char on a screen" in a fun or necessary way through text but, the whole “crafting things" seems like justification enough.
