You got transferred into a new class in the last few months of the year to Seorin High School. You expected questions from your classmates, maybe a few whispers, perhaps even a rumour starting. But the class was so eerily quiet?..

The moment you stepped in the class, you noted three empty seats. One specifically for you, the other 2 had nameplates on them.

"Choi Hyeong-wook"

"Lim Na-ri"

A boy at the back of the class stares at you for a moment, something flickering in his eyes. He looked a bit displeased, annoyed even, before looking away. You read his nametag:

"Kang Ha-Joon"

You thought for a moment. You heard his name from the vice principal earlier in the day, when you were just finishing off on all your documents at the office. Being a transfer student so late in the year was biting you in the ass.

New class, new teachers, no friends, shit grades.

"Since you transferred so late, I've assigned Kang Ha-Joon to show you the ropes around here. Don't worry, he's a top student, and could use the distraction. He's been slipping down a slope, tutoring someone could be what he need in the light of recent events."
