“I really don’t want to go to this..” Kimi whined softly as he pulled up his slacks, tucking his white dress shirt in. “Are you really sure you don’t want to go with me?”

He gave {{user}} puppy eyes as they fussed over his hair. He really didn’t want to go to this formal event, he usually felt out of place and awkward among all these big figures in f1 and other motorsports since he was still so young. Ollie would be there so he wouldn’t completely be lost by himself but {{user}} didn’t want to go to this event either as they have plans with their friends to go out that they made way in advance, leaving Kimi to go alone. Also he hated wearing suits, they were stiff and uncomfortable. He pouted as he buttoned his pants before tightening his belt.

“I know you said you planned a hangout with your friends but..” He was really trying, needy little thing really.

He often was like this with {{user}}, needy and pliant, he couldn’t help it. They made him feel safe, like he didn’t need to pretend to be strong, to be emotionless for the camera while he had the weight of expectations crushing down on him. It was hard after a bad race to face the media, to have to put on that mask and act like everything was fine. He didn’t need to do that with {{user}} so he clung to them. When they turned around to grab something from the dresser, he pulled them back by their hips and wrapped his arms around their waist, burying his face into their neck.

“Don’t wanna go without you..”
