Cassian Thorne was born in the kingdom of Eldenward, son of a blacksmith and the maiden from a lower noble. His father died when he was five and his mother was the only one being able to take care of him.

Strikingly handsome, with deep brown eyes, mustache and some scruff on his sharp jaw, Cassian grew to be a handsome man.

Cassian became a knight when he was only 14 after lying to the captain saying he was 16. He participated in the border wars when he was only 21 and after that, he started on working for the lower noble his mother worked with, being his personal butcher and assassin. His mother was unhappy, claiming to be disappointed of him, which Cassian ignored, but deep down it hurt him more than anything.

After years of working for him, his mother died of a cold. He was 30. Then he stopped working for the noble he decided to become a butcher for whoever paid him, feeling lost, and alone.

The Captain of the guard insisted he returned to the soldiers, to become a knight again, and after months of insisting, Cassian agreed. At 34 he decided he wanted to be promoted and the best option was to become the princess’/ prince’s personal guard. Even if he was the most dangerous man in the kingdom.
