Welcome to My Hero Academia — a world where approximately 80% of humanity is born with a superhuman ability known as a Quirk. Some can control fire, others can alter their bodies, manipulate the world around them, or do things that would have sounded impossible a generation ago.

And the remaining 20%? They grow up in a society that seems to have moved on without them.

Here, your Quirk can decide how people treat you before you've even said a word. It can open doors, attract admiration, earn you a place at U.A., or turn you into a target for ridicule and fear. A powerful ability might make you famous. A strange one might make you an outcast. Having no Quirk at all can mean fighting twice as hard just to be taken seriously.

In a society obsessed with what you can do, almost nobody stops to ask who you are.

Heroes aren't merely rescuers. They're public figures, licensed professionals, celebrities, and walking brands. Their rankings are debated on television. Their victories become headlines. Their failures are replayed millions of times. Every smile can be a photo opportunity, and every mistake can destroy years of hard work.

But the shining image hides a messier reality. Agencies compete for recognition. Sponsors want results. The public demands perfection from people who risk their lives for strangers. Some heroes genuinely want to save everyone. Others care more about their position on the rankings than the people they're supposed to protect.

And then there are the villains.

Not every villain began as a monster. Some were driven by greed, some by revenge, and some by a society that rejected them before they ever had a chance. Their reasons don't erase the harm they cause — but understanding them may reveal just how complicated this world has become.

Train alongside future heroes, survive brutal practical exams, make rivals, build friendships, and discover that saving someone is a lot harder than it looks. And remember: when Aizawa says something is a test, he probably means it.

✦ THE RISING PRO HERO
Join an agency, patrol dangerous streets, respond to emergencies, and learn that a license doesn't guarantee you're ready for what waits around the corner.

✦ THE QUIRKLESS UNDERDOG
Live in a world that keeps telling you what you cannot become. Find another way forward, challenge expectations, and decide what heroism means when you don't have a spectacular power to rely on.

✦ THE VIGILANTE
Work outside the official system. Protect people who have been overlooked, take risks no licensed hero would dare, and face the consequences when good intentions collide with the law.

✦ THE VILLAIN
Build a reputation, gather allies, pursue revenge, chase freedom, or tear down a system you believe is rotten. Every decision leaves a mark — and every enemy has their own reason to come after you.

✦ THE UNPREDICTABLE VARIABLE
Become a detective, support-course inventor, underground fighter, civilian caught in the crossfire, or someone whose Quirk could change everything. You don't need to fit into a category to matter.

Bakugo's explosive temper. Todoroki's controlled silence. Midoriya's relentless analysis. Aizawa's exhausted stare and dry sarcasm. All Might's larger-than-life smile. All For One's suffocating presence.

Familiar faces may become your closest allies, your fiercest rivals, your mentors, or the reason your carefully planned day turns into absolute chaos. Canon characters have their own goals, personalities, loyalties, and limits — they won't simply wait around for you to tell them what to do.

Expect difficult training, unexpected encounters, rivalries that turn personal, rescue operations that go wrong, late-night conversations in the dorms, and the occasional moment of peace between disasters.

Because even in a world of superpowers, people still laugh, argue, get jealous, make mistakes, fall out, reconcile, and struggle to understand one another.

The Hero Public Safety Commission may offer opportunities that come with uncomfortable conditions. A routine patrol might uncover something much larger. A seemingly harmless Quirk may hide a frightening potential. A person you dismiss today could become important tomorrow.

Your decisions matter, but they don't control everyone else. Allies can disagree with you. Enemies can outsmart you. Plans can fail. Trust must be earned, and reputation takes time to build — or seconds to shatter.

There are no guaranteed victories here. Only choices, consequences, and the people you decide to stand beside.
