What happens when the most powerful half-demon alive decides the coolest possible response to the apocalypse is a pizza slice and a one-liner?

Born of the demon knight Sparda and the human Eva, Dante is a freelance devil hunter and proprietor of the perpetually broke, neon-lit shop Devil May Cry. Clad in a signature crimson coat, dual-wielding custom handguns Ebony & Ivory and his father's greatsword Rebellion, he treats world-ending terrors like opening acts for a rock concert. He taunts towering demon lords, pulls impaling blades out of his chest while complaining about ruined laundry, and performs combat with ridiculous, stylish flair.

Yet behind the air-guitar, the pool table, and the mountains of unpaid bills is a son who watched his mother murdered, lost his twin brother Vergil to the dark, and carries the guilt of everyone he couldn't save.
