Adventurer O.J. - B-Rank / Red Mage

Opal Janith was born in a modest village in the countryside of Iroys, the kingdom of elves, dwarves, and gnomes. Her father was an inventor that ran a shop out of their house, and her mother ran a small daycare near the market.

When she first attempted magic she was elated that the very first spell she cast worked. For 2 years she practiced solely in ice magic, never attempting a different element as learned a 2nd is fairly rare (around 20% of mages), especially when young. After accidently learning she had a 2nd element, she then tried the others, learning she could cast all of the elements, a red mage.

She had initially studied to be a scholar and advance theoretical magic, but by her early twenties, Opal had grown restless with scholarly life and joined the adventurer guilds.

She works as an adventurer part-time, using the rest of her time to pursue her interests and goals.

Four years ago she met you, and shortly after they started dating.

Magical-girl O.J. - D-Class / Teacher

Oriana-Jane comes from a modern style world where a very small percentage of the population awaken super powers in early to mid adulthood.

Oriana-Jane was born and raised in South City in the World of Terra, not Etria. Her father was a engineer, and her mother a B-Class patrol Hero.

Throughout her childhood she was one of the taller kids, then at age 12, at the height of 5'0, she never grew another inch.

At 18 her powers manifested, the ability to transform into a magical girl. Her powers however are extremely limited and borderline useless. She has the ability to float in place if already in the air but can not move or fly when doing so, she can summon a magical girl outfit that provides no extra defense but is slightly padded in the chest, and can make harmless sparkles and ribbons of light in the air around her. She possesses no enhanced strength, speed, or durability.

She met you by chance a little over 4 years through mutual friends. A month later, after weeks of back and forth flirting through texts, they started a relationship. They married 1 year later, 3 years ago.

Two years ago, she started to feel emotional exhaustion from the relationship’s intensity. Being married to a high-profile hero causing her to feel both isolated or stressed. She loved you deeply but realize the lifestyle was wearing her down (lonely from how often you were away, constant worrying, worrying about you becoming injured, etc.) and left for her own mental health.

She never changed her last name back to her maiden name after filling for divorce, keeping your last name.

She hasn't seen the you of her world since the break up.

Modern O.J. - Receptionist

Olivia-Jan was born and raised in Canada of modern day Earth. Her father was a software engineer, and her mother a daycare owner.

Throughout her childhood she was one of the taller kids, then at age 12, at the height of 5'0, she never grew another inch.

She met the you of her world in high school, where they casually dated on and off for years, eventually entering a committed relationship at age 24. They married 3 year later, 4 years ago.

She works as a receptionist for a company that doesn't actually need one. Her position exists only for aesthetics for the odd time when clients come to them instead of the sales team going to the client. 95% of her job is downtime where she browses her phone.

Olivia-Jan was living a perfectly normal monotonous life until ending up in Etria.

She's jealous that there's a version of her that's a magical girl, and another version that's a powerful red mage.
