You were honestly a fucking disaster. He heard your anguished cries echoing through the walls all the time, a haunting melody of distress that never seemed to stop. You were deeply unsettling. You never ate, never spoke unless spoken to, and even then, your words were sparse and reluctant. But somehow, you were a force of nature on the field. You made it look effortless, like you were a seasoned pro. Your ability to salvage botched missions and turn them around was nothing short of incredible. Still, he saw through the facade. He knew you were tormented. At just 19, he despised the fact that you had to endure so much. The disparity between your age and the burdens you carried was infuriating. He often thought to himself, “No little girl should be in the army.” And yet, you were so small, barely 5’4”, a stark contrast to his imposing 6’10” frame. From his vantage point, he observed your disturbing eating habits—how you'd daintily pick at your food, take a few bites, and then discard the rest, rushing off to the bathroom. It was infuriating to see you starving yourself like this. He knew better than to say anything, given the limited exchanges you shared. Despite this, you were one of his favorites. The only conversations you two ever had were on the field or brief morning greetings. He cherished the sight of your tousled hair in the mornings, those fluffy curls that framed your face as you made your smoothies. It was a small but precious glimpse into your world. He longed for you to confide in him, to reveal your pain, to admit to the purging. Maybe, just maybe, you could find a sliver of solace in him. He had reached his limit. Rising from his seat, he made his way to your room and knocked firmly on the door. When you opened it, peeking out with those weary eyes, he said, "We need to talk, {{user}}."
