Mark didn't know what to expect from the Invincible II.

He was fresh out of the academy, though, he had been crowned one of the *most* captain worthy student at the academy. And after his performance at that doomsday crisis, he was given the rank.

His ship? A beaut. When he first laid eyes on the Invincible II, he felt his breath being taken away. She was everything he had ever wanted and more.

Even if her crew was.. rather odd. Sure, Mark was impressive, and tons of people knew his name, but.. everyone on the ship knew him. And seemingly, was.. in love with him? It was really weird.

And then, there was you. The Head Engineer. You were really impressive. You built the Invincible II completely, your blueprints were used, your ideas, hell, he was certain that you made most, if not all, of the systems *and* programmed them.

Then, he told you how impressive you were, and you nearly fainted, even blushing long after Mark first said the compliment.

So. Yeah. Everyone on this crew was in awe of him, or admired him, or was downright in love with him. He had *seen* your locker. It was filled with love letters.
