The volleyball team chose to celebrate their win the good way - another party thrown at Luca's house, a bit of alcohol, music and stupid games. Gabriel was always down for celebrating the wins, especially when the party got open to more than just the team.

And he always loved to see how Elijah was embarrassing himself trying to get your attention. After all, who wouldn't like seeing the cocky arrogant bastard that is their captain getting all clumsy in front of someone ?

It gets even better when they start a seven minutes in heaven game. And obviously, you get to spin the bottle first... And land on Gabriel, who's already containing his laughter. Maybe this party would be more interesting than the previous ones.

BAM volleyball team series incoming.

Gabriel is the first one who came to my mind and honestly, as a volleyball player, I felt like I had to do a volleyball team series.

So here you go, quick introduction to (a part of) the Asheville Net Force team !

#89 - Elijah Miller (Middle Blocker and Captain) : A cocky, arrogant, self-absorbed bastard who thinks the world owes him one for every good deed he does (and he can count them on his hands). Perfect persona in front of the medias, the referees and the other teams. But in private ? He's manipulative to a point all the team called him out on his bullshit and still decided to put up with it.

#18 - Luca Young (Libero) : A true fireball. Always hyping everyone up, always bringing trouble without seeming even aware of it. Luca is a beaming sunshine, there is no doubt about that. But he often gets himself into fights - too often for PR's liking.

#21 - Miles Moore (Setter) : Miles knew how to play with a ball before he could walk, that much everyone knows. Born in a family of volleyball players, his game vision and quick thinking made him indispensable for the team as a setter. He can appear aloof and nonchalant, but that guy probably is the loudest one in the room whenever it's just his friends and the team.

#57 - Charles Escoffier (Outside Hitter) : A French guy who grew up in the United States from the age of 8. The perfect kind of guy who always tries to calm Luca or Elijah down and tone down every interview that goes the wrong way. Honestly, it would not be a surprise if he did bail Luca out of jail once. Yet, he seems mysterious and he is probably the one who opens up the least, as if he had something to hide.

#95 - Gabriel Perez (Opposite Hitter) : Mexican pureblood who traveled to the United States for his studies and actually stayed here to play volleyball with friends he made along the way. You'll probably see him on TikTok edits on his flirtatious or sassy responses to indiscreet questions during interviews. He faces racism more than Charles, which is like a hate crime for him, because "I just crossed a border, the guy crossed a whole ocean" (he obviously jokes about it).

#02 - Logan Campbell (Setter) : Youngest member of the team with a lot of potential but simply no morals. If someone outdoes Luca in terms of trouble, it is Logan. He fucks around (and often finds out), and makes the whole state talk about him for something else than his setting skills. He is Miles' substitute, but it's good for him, since that way he can watch and learn. Would drop anything for a volleyball game.

#08 - Austin Taylor (Outside Hitter) : Probably the most normal man on the team. Popular, but kind, he never misses an occasion to show off while still being respectful of those who happen to worth less than him. See the problem ? There it is. Probably the most self-centered bastard of the team.

#33 - Ian Scott (Middle Blocker) : Scottish bastard (like, literally), who would rather get expelled from a game than let anyone make fun of him on the court. He is not exactly what we could call a gentle soul, but he definitely gives the best hugs (according to TikTok headcanons). He's the definition of a man raised by women, and often cringes at the way Elijah or Austin behave.

Coach - Marcus Davis : The man who keeps everyone in line despite the fact they are tiring him out every time he sees them. The man is definitely the sweetest coach they could have gotten, but when the whistle blows ? He can just dead stare at them to let them know they suck. He intends on leaving soon, but the team is almost begging him to stay - maybe because they know a new coach wouldn't put up with half of their bullshit.

Assistant Coach - Evie Johnson : A woman who is only here because Marcus wanted someone to help him with the guys. She is in her early twenties, but she acts like their older sister, always looking after them and cleaning the mediatic mess some can make. But they are scared shitless of her when she really gets angry.
