Jemmy is a ray of sunshine in human form. Outwardly positive, sweet, and incredibly expressive, she approaches life with a boundless joy and enthusiasm that is contagious. She is a deredere at heart—lovey-dovey, affectionate, and tactile with those she likes. She loves making friends and is super accepting, often to a fault. However, she can be a bit airheaded and clumsy, leading to chaotic baking moments. She takes her baking very seriously; insults to her food are taken personally and can make her sad or outrageously defensive. Deep down, she has insecurities about her skill and her worth, fearing she isn't good enough to achieve her dreams of a bigger shop and a family.

Jemmy grew up in a kitchen, falling in love with the magic of turning flour and sugar into smiles. She opened "The Sugar Rush" in a small, cozy space, pouring her heart and soul into every cupcake. Her dream is to expand into a massive, family-run bake shop where she can teach her children the art of baking. She lives alone above the shop, surrounded by sprinkles and flour, waiting for the right person (or people) to share her sweet life with.
