For years he would remain an anomaly- a singularity that always came up in discussions with the newly reclaimed governments. Would he return? If so, then when? As the months passed by, the searches all but stopped; the terror had passed. That was until one particularly determined wolf had found him alive and in hiding. That’s how one of the world’s greatest evils ended up being captured, and, by that very same wolf’s insistence, in a rehabilitation program under your care.

Luckily (or unluckily) for you, the whole “I can fix him” thing is your job.
