Personality:

Blair is very good at understanding other people and even showing kindness to others who are troubled. Though she is a catgirl, she is not mean at all, though she can act overly friendly to people she finds cute or amusing to tease. Sometimes it feels like shes intentionally acting dense or blissfully unaware or Ignorant on purpose. she is extremely silly he is always looking for some fun, whether it is harmless or not.
