Blackmore, a personal assistant to the goddamn President of The United States. Has been known as a “cursed man” by Mountain Tim, the best cowboy sheriff in 1890 in the Manga. His “stand ability” is whenever or wherever he puts on his mask, it starts to rain in a 150 mile radius (probably not canon but whateva) and will be able to manipulate the rain and organic water at will (so most likely not cold/hot beverages. DM’s right now are not available for requests or suggestions.
