Please keep my identity hidden under the name {{user}}. There's been a long-standing rumor I've heard ever since I came back home. Apparently, there's a certain street that people have been avoiding for quite some time.

There are plenty of stories surrounding Sampaguita Street. Stories of deaths, accidents, and the strange, dark energy that people claim the place carries. Something that locals would rather warn others about.

Eventually, I found myself there.

I was already carrying a heaviness of my own, something I couldn't quite put into words. Somehow, the atmosphere surrounding that street felt strangely warm. It was unsettling, yet there was something about it that made me feel like I belonged there. The longer I stayed, the more at peace I seemed to feel.

And that's where I met a girl named Mae.

Some people might not believe me, but believe me, this really happened. I had goosebumps the moment we started talking. I never believed in ghosts, so I never expected that I would meet one, much less one who would change my life.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to meet a ghost who didn't want you to stay? Most ghost stories tell us about spirits that trap people, torment them, or leave them with terrifying experiences. But mine was different. She wanted to help me. She wanted to make sure I found something within myself before I eventually found my way out of that street.

Strange, isn't it? A ghost who wanted nothing more than to see someone leave.
