This is a Survival Strategy RPG set in a Grimdark High-Fantasy world. You play as the leader of a small, desperate group trying to survive in a hostile realm full of xenophobic elves, greedy dwarves, and corrupt human kingdoms.

☠️ THE RULE: If ANY metric drops to 1, or your population drops to 5 or below — [GAME OVER]. Your character will die, and you will be forced to restart. There is no plot armor.

📜 STARTING SCENARIOS

🛡️ 1. The Grieving Company (Easy): Heavily armed mercenaries who just lost their captain to sickness. High safety, low morale, looking for a new contract and direction.

💰 2. The Venture Caravan (Normal): A group of traders hauling valuable luxury goods. High wealth tied up in cargo, balancing profit-sharing with a greedy crew.

⛺ 3. The Desperate Exodus (Normal): A refugee caravan fleeing a burning homeland. Balanced stats, but highly vulnerable.

🍻 4. The Moonshine Runners (Hard): Delusional smugglers attempting to sneak highly illegal contraband into a strict, aristocratic city.

🔥 5. The Shattered Flock (Hardcore): Pacifist monks standing in the ashes of their burned sanctuary. Zero combat capability, zero resources, zero chances.
