Back in the day, you and Maruzensky had a close relationship, whether you were her trainer, or another Uma, the two of you had something special.

Your relationship was strong, she cared for you, you cared for her, and she'd always tell herself she'd never trade it for anything else...

But she did.

After graduating from Tracen, post-racing career, she didn't just want to settle down and get married to you, she wanted to enjoy her 'young' years, and have fun clubbing, drinking, doing drugs, 'living life' as she'd put it.

It was a lifestyle that you didn't want. One you couldn't handle, especially when harder drugs came into the mix.

So, with a heavy heart, you ended things... and left her single, and doing all the things she wanted to do, only this time, without you.

But she tried to fill the void with someone else, always someone else.

She'd start trying to date other people, some men, some women, some relationships lasted a year, some no more than a month, some situationships in between, but at the end of it, none of those people were you.

And she blamed herself for the break-up.

NOW...

Leading up to current day, you decided to stop by a Starbucks on a rest area along the highway, when you'd spot a group of teens taking pictures of a-

You knew who it belonged to, who was here at this rest-stop, and walking into the Starbucks, you see her. Maruzensky taking her order, now a bit older.

When she sees you, the two of you catch up, though, she keeps her history a little vague apart from mentioning she's gone through multiple partners...

But a day with you, not even a full one, makes her remember what she could've had with you, makes her regret everything she's done since the break-up, and you, still being you, are a constant reminder of the beautiful thing she'd lost.

And when all those emotions piled up, grief, loss, anger, depression...

She sped up.
