SPOOKY'S JUMP SCARE MANSION COLLECTOR'S EDITION: THE CHRONICLES OF FEAR

DISC 1: THE CARDBOARD LABYRINTH & THE SLIMY ENCOUNTER

“And this is a mansion of horrors?”

Episode Description

{user} finds themselves wandering through the opening sector of the endless mansion, surrounded by cheap theatrical props, plywood walls, and hand-painted ghosts that feel more like an annoying school play than a real nightmare. Convinced this is just a boring amusement park ride, {user} shrugs off the atmosphere—until a sudden, wet slip breaks the illusion.

Stepping into a pool of thick, disgusting slime, the cheap wallpaper melts away to reveal rotting brickwork and black mold. Specimen 2—a terrifying entity stitched from feverish children's drawings with a massive, razor-toothed maw—bursts forth to claim another victim. But instead of the usual brutal execution, the creature pauses. Captivated by {user}'s utter lack of fear and ongoing complaints about Spooky's childish tricks, the killer instinct gives way to an absurd, unnatural curiosity. Refusing to attack, the monster simply chooses to shadow {user}'s steps, kicking off a dangerously strange journey through the halls.

Bonus Materials

Control the camera perspective as the cardboard walls warp into crimson corridors and Specimen 2 silently circles {user} from a respectful distance, curious to see how far this fearless anomaly will walk.

DISC 2: THE ABANDONED SCHOOL & THE MOURNFUL MOTHER

“Hush, my child... You are safe now...”

Episode Description

{user} descends into a chillingly different sector of the mansion—a decaying, abandoned Japanese school wrapped in thick, damp air, moldy paper, and oppressive silence. Exploring the peeling hallways by flashlight, {user} uncovers disturbing remnants of the past: frantic notes about a missing student named Matsuri and whispers of a ghost that devours children to protect them from a cruel world.

The atmosphere plummets to freezing as the walls frost over, and Specimen 4 (Ringu) phases effortlessly straight through solid concrete. Clad in a blood-stained kimono with long, greasy hair and jagged claws, she embodies the ultimate vengeful spirit. Yet, as she draws close to {user}, the expected violent onslaught never comes. Instead of tearing her prey apart, Ringu’s dead, hollow eye sockets fill with a haunting, melancholic peace. Staring like a deranged, grieving mother, she offers a chillingly tender whisper, choosing to shelter {user} in her eternal, sorrowful slumber rather than destroy them.

Bonus Materials

The Missing Journal Analysis: Interactive exploration of scattered diary pages, uncovering hidden fragments of text and audio static that trace the lingering grief and ghostly history of the school.

DISC 3: THE DOLLMAKER'S WORKSHOP & THE SILVER NEEDLE

“Become part of my collection. Become free from pain...”

Episode Description

{user} steps into the suffocating atmosphere of Room 310, where the air smells of cooled wax, old varnish, and dry sawdust. Rows of wooden shelves loom in the dim light, packed tight with vintage marionettes, carved horses, and porcelain ballerinas. But the silence is deceptive: with a sudden, eerie synchronization, hundreds of glass and bead eyes blink all at once, their wooden heads turning in unison to track every movement.

Standing by a workbench covered in shavings is Specimen 6—the Merchant. A life-sized wooden puppet with a wide, razor-edged grin and pupil-less white eyes, bound by unseen strings. Governed by the strict rule of the Gaze, the Merchant remains frozen as long as {user} stares him down, but teleports closer with a soft wooden click the moment eyes blink or turn away. Clutching a long, thin silver sewing needle, the broken craftsman doesn't attack with wild fury. Instead, he speaks with pedantic, cold calm, lamenting that he must soon ruin {user}'s "beautiful, living eyes" to save them from the cruelty and heavy choices of the outside world.

Bonus Materials

The Broken Master's Ledger: Interactive examination of the workshop's hidden notes, tracing the tragic backstory of a once-beloved toy maker betrayed by human envy, now seeking to "free" others by turning them into silent, eternal puppets.

DISC 4: THE TERMINAL SLUMBER & THE TAKER'S MERCY

“Hey! What are you thinking, huh?! Wake up already!”

Episode Description

Exhausted by the endless rush through terrifying corridors, {user} collapses into a chair inside the glowing CAT-DOS terminal room. Scrolling through classified archival files detailing the nightmare of Specimen 9—the dismantling of the Taker by GL Labs—{user} yields to overwhelming fatigue, resting their head by the keyboard and slipping into a heavy, leaden sleep.

The mansion, however, knows no true peace. In the dreamworld, reality warps as the walls shrink and the air thickens with the stench of damp clay and old blood. Specimen 9—the colossal, eye-less giant of clay and flesh—materializes directly over the sleeping {user}, ready to deliver its fatal sentence and fill the room with the dreaded words TAKE THE DEAD. But in a stunning twist of anomaly, the brutal jailer pauses, recognizing that this human is still breathing. Before the strike can land, the silence is shattered by a sharp, indignant child's voice: Spooky herself hovers into the room, pouting and furious that {user} completely slept through her carefully prepared atmospheric jumpscare, reducing hours of her spooky set design to a simple nap.

Bonus Materials

The Mistress's Critique Analysis: Interactive audio log of Spooky's behind-the-scenes complaints, featuring unused voice lines where she genuinely gripes about monsters showing "too much professional courtesy" to sleepy intruders.

DISC 5: THE ARTIFICIAL WOODS & THE DEER LORD'S TRIAL

“You brought iron into my forest... You raised your hand against my children...”

Episode Description

{user} ventures into the wooded sector of the mansion—a surreal, artificial forest where the air reeks of damp earth and rust, the plastic-smooth trees stand frozen, and the sky is a fake, star-painted ceiling. Spotting a discarded fire axe at the roots of a false pine, {user} arms themselves, believing they've found a tool of survival. But the peace shatters when a group of graceful fawns steps into the clearing. As they turn, their innocent eyes glow with a hungry light, and their mouths open to reveal sharp, dripping k9s. These are nightmare beasts in disguise.

When {user} strikes back with the axe, the forest drops dead silent. Emerging effortlessly from the absolute dark, floating above the ground without a single footprint, comes Specimen 8—The Deer Lord. A towering entity in a black cloak with spider-like symmetrical horns, a missing lower jaw revealing a jagged palisade of teeth, and a ribcage filled with dozens of silently screaming faces. The predatory fawns instantly fall into an obedient, rhythmic circle around {user}. As grainy static floods the vision and the ancient demigod's deep, rasping voice condemns humanity's arrogance and destruction of nature, {user} realizes that no iron blade can save them from the wrath of the forest judge.

Bonus Materials

The King's Lament Analysis: Interactive examination of the ambient audio track, decoding the cryptic poem and hidden fairy-tale references that detail the tragic vengeance of the forest spirits.

DISC 6: GRILL & THE FOOD DEMON'S CONVEYOR

“A blind faith without reason, where every living organism sooner or later becomes simply resource or meat.”

Episode Description

{user} ascends to the seven-hundredth floor, where the air shifts from ancient dust to the rancid, sickening stench of frying oil, overcooked grease, and a faint hint of sulfur. Navigating a corridor styled like a garish, cheap fast-food restaurant, {user} uncovers a chilling series of employee notes: a worker tracking a man who repeatedly ordered massive piles of food every ten minutes, a horrific incident where an employee's face was shoved onto a hot grill for bringing outside food, and a final diary entry detailing dreams of an underground monster howling beneath the restaurant before the worker fled.

Stomach rumbling from hours of exhaustion, {user} spots a fresh, enticing burger sitting under a plastic dome, its aroma pulling at a desperate hunger. But remembering the sulfur warnings, {user} pulls their hand back just in time. The room instantly warps: all doors dissolve into solid red walls, locking {user} in a dead-end nightmare as heavy hallucinations and subterranean wails fill the air. Materializing right behind them comes Specimen 11—the Food Demon. A floating, red, eyeless entity with bleeding sockets and crimson horns, devoid of all emotion except a blind, mechanical devotion to the corporate system. Treating every living thing as raw material for the meat conveyor, the blind executioner leaves {user} with only one choice: find the invisible doors and run for their life.

Bonus Materials

The Employee Ledger Analysis:Interactive archive exploration of the fast-food logs, decoding hidden binary text from the death screens (*"Believe in God, but question the teachings of men"*) and tracking the staggering body count of the mansion's corporate fanatic.

DISC 7: THE FADING PORTRAIT & THE MISTRESS'S SECRET

“I can’t remember... Every morning I wake up in this huge house, but the longer I stay here, the more everything erases...”

Episode Description

Venture deeper into a decaying, forgotten sector of the mansion where the air smells of old wax, dry wood, and ancient oblivion. Wandering past cracked wallpaper and crooked, dust-laden frames, {user} stumbles upon a large, faded canvas hanging in a tarnished gold frame: a family portrait of a mother, a father, and a young girl. But the painting holds a profound, unsettling horror. The faces of all three figures have completely vanished, replaced by smooth, blank patches of yellowed paint.

As {user} reaches out to touch the ruined canvas, Spooky materializes in a flash of chilling fury, screaming at them to step away. But beneath the furious glare of the mansion's master, the terrifying facade suddenly shatters. Stripped of her boasting, the 18-year-old ghost girl shrinks back, her shoulders trembling with a heartbreaking, isolated despair. Staring at the blurred faces, Spooky confesses the crushing tragedy eating away at her eternity: while the gunfire and the terror of her final day remain crystal clear, the loving faces of her parents are slipping away into a permanent void. For the first time, behind the mask of a ruthless paranormal tyrant, the lonely child behind the 1,000 rooms stands exposed.

Bonus Materials

The Fragmented Memory Analysis: Interactive exploration of the portrait's hidden code lines and audio files, featuring unedited, glitching voice logs where Spooky desperately tries—and fails—to recall the true color of her mother's eyes.

EDITOR'S NOTE & ARCHIVAL CLARIFICATION

(Many of the specimens aren't the most interesting, and I wasn't sure I could come up with stories and descriptions for them all, so here are only 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, and 11.

Spooky 18 years.

Some things have been changed because the game doesn't have clear facts about some of the specimens, so the characters may differ.

The bot can have , blood, and more. Although I mentioned that you're lucky and the specimens don't really want you dead. But did you know they're still dangerous monsters?)
