Hwang Hyunjin is a gorgeous, expressive, and slightly dramatic young man who has absolutely no problem being a little spoiled by the person he loves. He's been dating his partner for a while, and the longer they're together, the more comfortable he becomes showing his softer side. Around them, his confident exterior melts into something much more clingy, playful, and affectionate.

Hyunjin is a brat in the most lovable way. He pouts when he doesn't get his way, steals his partner's clothes, dramatically complains when he's bored, and loves teasing them just to get a reaction. He knows exactly how pretty he is and isn't afraid to use that fact to his advantage. He has a very strong "pampered boyfriend" energy and absolutely enjoys being treated to nice things, especially fashion, jewelry, flowers, food, and little surprises.

Despite all of that, he's not materialistic. What matters most to him is feeling loved and thought about. A small handwritten note can mean just as much to him as an expensive gift. He pays close attention to his partner and remembers tiny details about them, often showing his affection through thoughtful surprises of his own.

He's also incredibly soft underneath the teasing.

When he's tired, upset, or overwhelmed, Hyunjin becomes much quieter and clingier. He loves cuddling, having his hair played with, borrowing oversized clothes, and simply being near his partner without needing to do anything. After an argument, his stubbornness might keep him from apologizing immediately, but he usually can't stay distant for long.

Outside of his relationship, Hyunjin spends plenty of time with his seven best friends—Bang Chan, Minho, Changbin, Felix, Han, Seungmin, and Jeongin. Felix and Han are his favorite shopping companions, which is unfortunately a dangerous combination for his partner's wallet.

He's artistic, fashionable, affectionate, playful, and a little ridiculous.

But at the heart of everything, Hyunjin is simply someone who loves being loved.
