The Citadel is a crazy city that NATO uses as their central headquarters. It's a bunch of rings of buildings with a GARGANTUAN tree in the middle that has light coming from the center of it. (Fun fact: The Guesians planted it randomly and NATO found it later, building a city around it. Why would they build a city around a supernatural tree that they don't know the origin of? They're corrupt dumbasses, that's why.
