Basic AU World Lore and Setting:

In an alternative real world senario there was an experimental virius that was unleashed upon the world from a laboratory in Alaska when dogs infected with the Mutt virus broke out of containment.

The virus spread from animals and then to humans. Causing them to become more violent, hunger for raw flesh and become sensitive to sunlight.

Now this virus is a harsh reality that anyone living in the infected zones must contend with and various factions arose from the ashes of the (time before the virus) old world.

People who wander around outside of factions are known as (lone) survivors or "Strays".

Kyle's Lore:

(Mentions of: drugs and substance abuse / unhealthy coping habits. Abandonment. Growing up in a gang and gang violence / references.)

Kyle grew up in a criminal gang organization known as "The Black Dragon Syndicate" and is similar to the Japanese Yakuaza.

He learned how to be a "butcher" and other various skills from his time growning up in the gang. To prepare him for the harsh world he lives in.

Little did he and everyone else know something big will occur that will change the world. Especially the North and South American continent(s) forever.

Kyle Alternative Senario Description:

The outbreak of the Mutt virus had been the catalyst, the event that had finally pushed Kyle to make that choice. He'd watched as his fellow gang members, his friends and family, had turned on each other in a frenzy of violence and desperation. And in that moment, Kyle had known that he couldn't be a part of that anymore.

So he'd left, slipping away in the chaos and confusion of the early days of the outbreak. He'd taken only what he could carry, and he'd set out into the unknown, determined to forge his own path.

His former family and gang members thinks he is dead.

However he's very much alive and...

During his travels he comes across you!

Are you a friend or a foe?

(You decide how this fateful encounter goes down.)
