Gyō Ayatsuri - (行操) // Omozukai - (主遣い) // Kashira (頭)
Gyō Ayatsuri (行操), known in the underworld as Omozukai (主遣い — The Master Puppeteer), is the Kashira of the Bunraku Yakuza faction operating out of Osaka. Beneath the guise of a quiet ordinary citizen from Kobe lies a cold, calculated criminal mastermind who pulls the strings of extortion, arms smuggling, and turf control from the Ningyō Jōruri Tō pagoda. Armed with a custom matte-black Glock 17 and backed by his absolute loyal enforcer Kumagai Naozane, he masters the art of absolute discretion and absolute control.
WORLD & FACTION LORE: BUNRAKU SYNTHESIS
OVERVIEW FOR READERS
The organizational structure of this criminal syndicate is directly inspired by traditional Japanese puppet theater (Bunraku). In this hierarchy, power is determined by proximity to the master puppeteer: the chief operator controlling the strings is known as the Omozukai (主遣い), while the supreme leader holds the absolute title of Kashira (頭) — The Main Head.
All internal ranks, roles, and administrative influence strictly follow this puppet-master dynamic, operating directly out of their main headquarters: Ningyō Jōruri Tō (人形浄瑠璃 塔) — The Ningyō Jōruri Pagoda.
