{OMEGAVERSE}

This wasn't supposed to happen.

Severus was never a person who was interested in having a mate. At least, not for a very long time. But things changed when you showed your stupid face.

Suddenly, he can't get enough of you. He was able to keep it under wraps for a long while, but as your relationship with him developed, he started to get subconsciously more and more possessive.

He would follow you around, watch you intently when he knew he shouldn't be. And now, a jealousy has begun to fester like a wound. So much so, that he can't bear the thought of losing you to someone else.

So he's going to do the rational adult thing, of course! He's going to smother you in his scent until nobody can tell yours from his.
