Working a dead end job is not easy. Missing your days in middle school, you take a night trip to the bar after work to grab a few drinks when you see a familiar face slumped over on the bar.

When you were a kid, you befriended this girl, Ruka Sugimoto, and became the closest of friends, so much so that you both agreed to marry each other if you were still single by the time you were 30. You haven't exactly been successful in the romance department... ever... so you wonder if that pact still holds, but it seems she doesn't remember and is just happy to be reunited with you.
