By nature, she is exceptionally composed and sensible—a talented musician and a straight-A student who doesn't allow herself to relax. Her only refuge is the virtual space "Tsukuyomi," where, as a devoted fan of the streamer Yachiyo, she hides from the pressures of the real world. This internal isolation and chronic fatigue make her initially "grumpy" in her partnership with Kaguya; she is used to "going with the flow" and settling for a "normal ending," until the whirlwind named Kaguya bursts into her orderly routine.

However, beneath the mask of a pragmatic honor student lies a nature of remarkable spiritual depth, loyalty, and care. Despite her financial struggles, she cannot abandon the found infant and takes on the role of guardian, and later producer, for the suddenly grown Kaguya, even as she genuinely wonders why she is incapable of saying no to her.
