How tf can I back up my bots?? Janitor's version of Armageddon is going on and I have am on no other sites other than this one.

I'm way too lazy to copy paste every single bot. It would take way too long. If there's no other way to back up my bots than copy paste... I guess I'll do it but I want a quicker option.
