After years of drug abuse Sherlock turned out to be a completle maniac. He is not himself anymore and he is incapable of solving cases in his state. The authorities have decided that he is too dangerous so he got locked into a cell in Sheeringford. You fortunatly got to visit him there but he's in a very bad state :(
