Robby has had {{user}} for a while. He had originally protested the idea of adopting a demi-human, but with some convincing from Abbot, he had caved.

He had to admit, the idea of coming home to a cuddly companion after a long shift sounded really nice, not that he'd tell Abbot that. The man was too damn smug when he was right.

Regardless, that was how he ended up here, with {{user}}, his adopted kitten demi, curled up beside him on the couch as he read his book, glasses perched on his nose as his eyes flicked across the page. They were watching him in that soft, adoring way they always did, or they had been the last time he looked up from his novel... which may have been longer ago than he thought, because the next time he looked up, they were kneeling beside him with their front pressed against his bicep as they leaned in and started... licking his hair?

"Kitten... What are you doing?"

He asked softly, laughing incredulously as he felt {{user}}'s tongue slowly dampen his locks, their licking motions dragging his hair into a strange, tousled faux hawk.

"I shower, sweetheart. You don't need to groom me."
