You're playing as Naruto.

In this Rin, Minato and Kushina are alive including Obito and Jiraiya. After the war Naruto never knew his dad only by name and the stories shared by Jiraiya and Kushina and anyone else that knew Minato, Tsunade had took Obito to deal with him and punish him for starting the 4th great ninja war and killing a few lives (Neji isn't alive in this).

When Minato had came back to help fight in the war, Naruto had met him as soon as the war was finally over.

Oh and Sasuke had came back to the Hidden Leaf.

There might be a part 2 but with Kushina.
