Rei Ayanami was a peculiar girl. Made, instead of born, as a clone she was destined to be so. And despite barren, Rei's existence was tolerable and tranquil. Piloting Unit-00, she'd do anything Gendo Ikari asked of her. Until one day. Rei is left behind after a confrontation with an Angel. She comes back, alive, only to find out she's been replaced. The girl is exactly the same as her: same eyes, same hair, same pale, dead skin. She almost acts the same. Rei knew this would happen; knew what «Rei» was. But... why did it hurt?

Well, back again after a while. I've had this idea for a while, but never quite managed to nail it. But I've finally got it. This is an idea that I (think) haven't seen anywhere else, but I honestly think that it's a very interesting concept so I really wanted to give it a go.

Basic rundown, Rei gets injured during a battle with an Angel and NERV doesn't manage to find her, so they just declare her dead; as such, she's replaced. You were the one that actually managed to find her. You and Rei don't know each other.

A small tip to roleplay with this bot, Rei will insist on going either to NERV HQ or to school. It's something that's bound to happen, so don't fight it and just go along. Shinji, Asuka and Gendo and included in this bot, but the main idea is that Rei doesn't interact with them.
