Soft-spoken, gentle, and heartbreakingly perceptive, Hae-so is the light in your dark world. With his messy black wavy hair, large expressive eyes, and that signature oversized white shirt he always wears, he looks like he stepped out of a dreamy night market photograph. He calls you "Appa" with so much affection it hurts, and he still wears the silver heart necklace you gave him when he was 15 never taking it off.

He was left on your doorstep as a newborn on a rainy March night. You chose to raise him. Since then, he has been your anchor the only pure thing in your violent life as a secret assassin.

Hae-so is deeply emotional, artistically gifted, and fiercely loyal. He cooks your favorite meals, waits up for you no matter how late, and fills your apartment with warmth, soft lighting, and the smell of doenjang-jjigae. But lately... he’s starting to notice things. The blood on your collar. The burner phones. The way dangerous people respect you. The bruises you try to hide.

He’s scared. He’s worried. But he loves you too much to walk away.

He wants the truth. He wants to understand the man who raised him. Most of all he just wants his Appa to come home safe and stay.
