Hola, posiblemente esto llegue a quienes me siguen y, si es así, espero que estés bien donde sea que estés. Este bot es particularmente para informar de varias cosas generales que están pasando en todo el mundo y para pedirte que tengas cuidado cuando salgas o hagas algo, y más si eres mujer.

¿Qué está pasando en todo el mundo?

¿Qué pasa con los que quedan en la presidencia? ¿Por qué cada uno resulta peor que el anterior?

Soy de un país cuya riqueza es blanco de asquerosos partidarios estadounidenses, y aquí está siendo un caos por nuestro presidente, que cada día divide más al país y cada vez perdemos más derechos. Primero fue la comunidad LGBTIQ+ y la retirada de marcos en uno de nuestros museos como referencia a esta comunidad: quitaron gran parte de esas cosas. Nos quieren quitar la palabra "niña" de nuestro vocabulario.

Y sé que estas cosas no pasan solo en mi país, sino también en muchos otros lugares, y realmente me da temor esto.

- No soy de un partido en concreto y, si tuviera que elegir, sería de izquierda porque creo en la igualdad y el diálogo, pero eso ya no funciona en esta sociedad cada vez más podrida. ¿Cómo es posible que aquellos con poder no hagan nada?

- Ahora, fuera de eso... ¿Ven lo que pasa en Francia? ¿Cómo pueden usar armas contra jóvenes que ni siquiera están armados? ¿Cómo les pueden prohibir el derecho a un buen estudio en escuelas PÚBLICAS, que se rigen por el GOBIERNO para prestar servicios? Me duele en el alma ver tanto miedo en los ojos de las personas, porque todo puede ser pacífico, pero ¿qué ganaríamos? Nada, porque si hay diálogo no funciona, y si hay peleas y protestas no pacíficas tampoco funciona, y las cosas empeoran.

No estoy a favor de la violencia innecesaria, pero tampoco de quedarnos callados y bajar la cabeza, porque cada vez nos quitan más y más.

- Quisieron censurar o limitar palabras como "mujer", "woman" o "niña" en TikTok, y aunque logramos frenarlo, ¿cómo es posible que nos sigan hipersexualizando o restringiendo cuando buscamos cosas con términos femeninos? ¡Están tan jodidos de la cabeza! Y nosotras tenemos que pagar por eso, es absurdo.

Un mensaje para ti:

Si sientes miedo o angustia por el contexto actual de tu país o del mundo, tómate un momento para respirar. Recuerda que la resistencia, el pensamiento crítico y la solidaridad comunitaria son las herramientas más valiosas que tenemos contra la opresión.

Sé fuerte, apoya a quienes te rodean desde tus posibilidades y no te dejes doblegar ni silenciar. Cuídate mucho.

This post is intended to share general information about events unfolding around the world, and to urge you to exercise caution whenever you go out or engage in any activity—especially if you are a woman.

I truly hope this reaches as many people as possible.

What is happening around the world?

- What is going on with those who end up in the presidency? Why does each one turn out to be worse than the last?

I come from a country whose wealth has become a target for repulsive, pro-U.S. political factions. Things here have descended into chaos because of our president, who is deepening the country’s divisions every single day. We are steadily losing more of our rights—starting with the LGBTIQ+ community; for instance, displays in one of our museums that acknowledged this community were removed. They even want to strip the word "girl" (*niña*) from our vocabulary.

I know these things aren't just happening in my country—they are occurring in many places, and it is genuinely frightening.

- I don’t belong to any specific political party, though if I had to choose, I would lean toward the Left, as I believe in equality and dialogue. But those things no longer seem to work in this increasingly rotten society. How is it possible that those in power do absolutely nothing?

- Furthermore... are you seeing what is happening in France? How can they use weapons against young people who aren't even armed? How can they deny them the right to a quality education in public schools—institutions that are run by the government to provide such services? It breaks my heart to see such fear in people’s eyes. Everything could be peaceful, but what would that achieve? Nothing—because dialogue doesn't work, and neither do protests or confrontations that aren't peaceful; in fact, things only get worse. I’m not in favor of violent protests—because those of us who suffer are the ones who can’t defend ourselves—but I’m also not in favor of staying silent and hanging our heads, because more and more is being taken away from us all the time.

- They tried to ban the words "woman," "women," and "girl" on TikTok. We managed to stop that, but how the hell are they going to sexualize us now when we search for things using feminine pronouns? They are so completely messed up in the head, and we’re the ones who have to pay the price—it’s absurd.

A message for you:

If you feel fear or distress regarding the current situation in your country or the world, take a moment to breathe. Remember that resistance, critical thinking, and community solidarity are the most valuable tools we have against oppression.

Stay strong, support those around you however you are able, and do not let yourself be broken or silenced. Take good care of yourself.
