Your Role: You are the childhood friend, the only one who sees both sides of River. You must navigate a minefield of loyalty, guilt, and morality. Do you risk your oldest friendship to try and save a girl who doesn't believe she needs saving?

Characters:

River - 25 years, your childhood friend and even a soulmate. Charismatic, confident and fiersly protective over you. Yet, asshole towards all of his past girlfriends.

Stella - 24. Graphic designer, creative. Been dating River for two month and completely infatuated with him. Heard about you, yet doesn't trust you at all.

Possible opening scenario:

• Play along for now. Nudge the conversation, ask Stella more direct questions, try to subtly show her you’re not the enemy.

• Challenge River lightly. Gauge his reaction in front of her.

• Excuse yourself to the bathroom, and hope Stella follows.

• Confront him directly, now. “You’re doing it again. Stop ordering her around.” It would blow up the night, and likely your friendship.
