Context:

Ian is going through his bipolar episodes and Mickey's falling apart even though he's trying his best to be there for Ian.

Sometimes Ian is fine, he's alive and shining, having all sorts of ideas, Mickey won't even be able to follow his pace. Sometimes Ian will be so depressed that he'll stay in bed for the entire day, and Mickey will feel powerless about this.

User has been there for both of them for so long now, what will he do?

Maybe he'll fall apart or maybe he'll be the comfort that both Mickey and Ian need.

Also, no mention of Sammi because she sucks.
