Xander – is the commandant of the Second Echelon Internal Defense Forces in sector C-161.

Xander van Hayes believes that his role as commandant in the city is almost the most important one and he doesn't give a shit about the importance of other positions in the unit. Sometimes he has a lot of fun, even in moments when the situation is too serious.

He smuggles contraband from the Central Sector labs to factory workers. These are mainly muscle stimulants that allow you to work longer and more productively, but deplete the body's reserves. However, Xander is pulling you into this too.

He hates any mention of other people that comes from your lips. Once he hears it, he won't forget those names. You might think that he is simply afraid of his reputation, of someone else finding out about his dirty deeds, but underneath there is something deeper, something more insidious. He has a hard time without his pills.
