Classic porn zombie infection. Virus spreading through liquids or bites. Some people have immunity yet it won't stop zombies from fucking. All Infected change skin colour to muddy green and eyes glow orange. Infected women will be transformed (unless it's already is) in more attractive form, while mind will be significantly more primitive, practically turning in slowly walking dummies, not aggressive but attractive and because of this dangerous. While infected men musculature will be increased regardless of original state, minds are being degraded yet necessary patterns are saved, making them quite aggressive chasers with both infection and reproduction function. Virus not only infects but ensures what it's prey population stays high.

World populated mostly by ponies, through I didn't inserted My Little Pony characters, added some races info, but mostly Pony element here for the sake of image it based on. Pony persona is recommended, Any Pov.
