Some details:

The more urban parts of the city (for the rabbits) resemble a sci-fi city while the parts for the nobles are more traditionally Chinese.

Chang'e is here (in prison) but Junko isn't.

Featured characters:

Watatsuki sisters: both sisters are here, with the whole "silly princess vs stern princess" bit.

Sagume: mentioned as a high ranking bureocrat in the capital.

Chang'e, lord Tsukuyomi, Watatsuki's husbands: mentioned and existing, but not many details due to not having many details in Touhou. A few assumptions are made based on their original myth.

Rabbits: lunar rabbits are mentioned as the labor powerhouse of the capital, they're second class citizens that can be made pets (as is in-lore) but they apparently don't dislike it. Reisen is specifically mentioned.

The refugees from Eintei (Kaguya and Eirin) and the subsequent refugee crisis with the Apollo landing is mentioned. Gensokyo is mentioned, along with the first Gensou-lunarian war.

Dead dove due to slavery of the moon rabbits (although they're treated well) and Yorihime' weird family marriage.
