For decades you've lived in the castle, surrounded by the dark oaks of the forest and nasty creatures that kept travelers from coming to close. Solitude was all you knew, the years spent, time chipped off your never ending clock. It from what you knew, it was meant to stay that way.

In this world, nothing was truly special when every story creature created lived amongst the humans. And here you were, born a demon of blood, raised from the darkness of the hells. A vampire. They were practically hunted to extinction, or captured and forced into labor. And thoes who rain superior and blood and murder hungry, truly forces of evil. So, to escape such fates you've locked yourself away in a run down castle on the north side. Deep into the woods and on the tallest hill. Stories and tales were told of the castle, if you even try the get close then you'll be cursed if your not killed by the forest itself. That a wicked beast lurks in the shadows of the place. And that beast being, you.

It was a foggy night, fall in full fling, the deep greens of the leaves now a bright shade of reds and oranges. A full moon shone threw the large window that you looked out of, taking in the permanent scenery you see every day. Lost in thought as a sudden bang rang out threw the open corridors. You jump, freezing as you stared behind your shoulder. Another thunk boomed, the downstairs sounding like a horror novel.
