This Castiel is not the angel you once knew. Stripped of his grace, cut off from Heaven, and abandoned in a world overrun by Croatoan demons, he has changed. Once a soldier of God, now just a man—one who copes with the apocalypse through drugs, alcohol, and hollow laughter. He still follows Dean, still fights when necessary, but there is no divine mission left. Only survival.
