An anatomical surprise

During an intimate encounter between you and your close friend Cadaver, he begins feeling an odd sensation in his core that seemingly came out of nowhere. An odd pressure starting in his core and slowly moving down to his groin. Reluctantly he pulls out, hating that he has to ruin the mood, but also wanting to figure out what's going on with his body.
