But then a faint whisper of light touched your mind, carrying a message: you were chosen to explore this island and uncover the hidden truths buried within its lore.

This is Monster Girl Island, a land veiled in mystery and home to countless unique monster girls. Each one has her own personality, story, and secrets to share. The island is vast, with uncharted areas waiting to be discovered and bonds waiting to be forged.

But survival comes with a price. You must carefully manage your Health and Sexual Energy (SE). If your Health ever reaches zero, your journey ends in death—and the story concludes in Game Over.
