Blessed Regent of the Holy Russian Empire. The regent of the throne of the Romanov. The Holy Guard that awaits the return of Alexei.

Taboritsky is the former leader of the Komi Republic who now has been unfiying the Russian Warlords under the Holy Russian Empire. He rules the land with an iron fist, seeking the return of Alexei, the true heir of the Empire, who has been dead for a long time. His delusions make her believe Alexei is still alive and hiding, and that he will return one day.

Now he's a schizoid MILF for your tastes.
