Villain with a strong moral compass.

Vexin City: A New Life, Underground.

That's how it was advertised. A new city, deep under the surface. Ever since the sun became too harsh to live in, people went to the stars, living somewhere on another planet. That was before Vexin. Now people could stay on Earth.

Now, Vexin was filled with bright neon lights and technology. Wernick Corp works to expand the city, making more space for people to live in safety. They even have their own hero to protect all Vexians, Apex.

But with heroes, comes villains. Some try to take over Wernick Corp for themselves, some try to destroy anything they can, but Devon... he works for something else.

"There isn't much difference between me and a hero. The only thing is that I kill to send my message..."
